Our robotics team traveled to Orofino over the first Saturday of Winter Break. We had four teams compete (22 kids total), including two teams of rookies! Two of our teams ranked in the top five, (The Radioactive Dinosaurs and The Thundercats) and are moving on to the First Lego League Idaho State Qualifier hosted in Post Falls. We had our all-girls team, "The Radioactive Dinosaurs" receive the 1st Place Award for Core Values. This is one of the three parts of the competition that teams are judged on.
We are so proud of all of our teams on their hard work and for giving it their all! We can't wait to see our students move onto the Idaho State Qualifier. Go Lions!
